RT6242A/B 是採用 ACOT® 改進型固定導通時間控制架構的同步 Buck 轉換器，具有瞬態回應速度快、週邊元件少的特性，通過使用內建的低阻抗 MOSFET，可在 4.5V-18V 輸入電壓範圍內提供高效率的電壓轉換，可使用各種類型的陶瓷電容，輸出電壓可調範圍為 0.7V-8V，可藉由外部電容調整軟啟動時長。
